Fuzzy Group Decision-Making Model for Facility Site Selection of Multinational Enterprises

In this study, we proposed a group decision-making structure model of the facility site selection of multinational enterprises (MNEs) based on fuzzy investment environments. Via the proposed model, the group decision-makers of the MNEs can select the appropriate facility site among the countries. Also, to improve the investment environment, government may apply this model to adjust or improve the caused factors to meet the needs of MNEs. Moreover, our result will be more objective and unbiased since it is generated by group decision-makers. Key-Words: Multinational enterprises; Fuzzy sets theory; Facility site; Group decision-making
